Paradigms – Mind, Body and Frequency

Paradigms – Mind, Body, and Frequency

Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” Albert Einstein

In February we began an exploration of Paradigms – Belief systems upon which a society is organized.  This month we’ll take a look at Belief number three

CONVENTIONAL: Mind and body are separate and independent from each other

EMERGING: All matter is just vibrations of various underlying fields. I experience the more objective vibrations as my body, and the more subjective vibrations as my mind.  These two sets of vibrations, known as resonance (a type of motion, characterized by oscillation between two states), are so closely tied that they “sync” with each other. The vibrations of the mind (thinking and emotions) are reflected in the body, and vice

Just what is vibration?

Vibration is the oscillating and vibrating movement of atoms and particles. The rate at which the vibrations occur is called Frequency. Resonance is the phenomenon of increased amplitude  that occurs when its force is equal or close to anatural frequenct of the system on which it acts. When an oscillating force is applied at a resonant frequency of a dynamic system, the system will oscillate at a higher amplitude than when the same force is applied at other, non-resonant frequencies.

What that means is that when you are around good vibrations, you feel better. When you are around bad vibrations you feel worse.  Good vibrations occur naturally in our world and the positive emotions in our minds. Bad vibrations are unnatural frequencies generated by our electronics and the negative emotions in our minds.

In 1952 and a German physicist Winfried Otto Schumann was able to document mathematically the electromagnetic resonances that exist between the Earth’s surface and the electrically charged ionosphere. Lightening discharges resulted in measurable electromagnetic waves that resonated at frequencies ranging from 7.86 Hz to 8 Hz. The Alpha brainwave state of physical and mental relaxation is 8-13 Hz.

Those who are following frequencies may have noticed that due to a number of different interventions, the Schumann frequencies have been rising. According to Carol Mann at in 2017, the Schumann frequencies have been steady until 2014, when they began rising to 15Hz, 25Hz and beyond. As they approach Beta brainwave states, 13-32 Hz they contribute to the stresses felt by all earth beings.

Schumann’s successor, Herbert Konig, found that the Schumann resonances matched various levels of human brain wave activity. Ideally, our brains function in resonance with Alpha, the “heartbeat” of the Earth. But as earth changes, so we pick up on those changes too.

Gamma = 32-100 Hz = heightened perception

Beta  = 13-32 Hz = objective, active thinking
Alpha =8 -13 Hz =  physical and Mental Relaxation

Theta = 4 -8 Hz = deep relaxation and well being.

Delta = .5- 4 Hz = restorative sleep in a dreamless state of being

Let’s dive a little bit further to find out how we can naturalize our frequencies and harmonize out minds and bodies.  In the 11th century, Guido D’Arezzo, a Benedictine monk created a musical scale called “just Intonation” which was used in hymns and chants. These tones became “lost” over the centuries as the Western Musical Scale evolved. In the mid 1970’s Dr. Joseph Puleo (pseudonym Dr. Joseph Barber), a leading herbalist in America found D”Arezzo’s six electro-magnetic sound frequencies in the Benedictine hymn for John the Baptist. These frequencies are the Solfeggio Scale of music. They begin at 8Hz (Alpha brain wave) and progress octave by octave until middle C is vibrating at 256 Hz and A is vibrating at 432 Hz. Tuning music to harmonize with these frequencies is known as “scientific tuning”.

Magical, mystical, scientific healing events occur when the body and mind come into resonance with the Schumann frequency and its progression through Solfeggio.

396 Hz is associated with the Muladhara (Root) Chakra. and reported to remove subconscious fears, worries and anxiety. It uplifts and provides security to go for one’s goals.

432 Hz are associated with the Svadhishthana (Sacral) Charka and resonates with the 8 Hz of the Schumann Frequency and is deeply calming and soothing. It induces brainwaves to align with the 8 Hz Schumann resonance. 432 loosens  tight muscles and joints connects us to the Healing Powers of nature and the Earth herself by (note: in some literature this is noted as 417 Hz)

528 Hz is associated with the Manipura (Solar) Chakra and appears to have the ability to heal and repair the body by reducing stress in the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems. Considered capable of re-wiring neural pathways in the brain. Often called the Miracle frequency.  It has been reported that music set to 528 has the ability to increase cell life by 20 %.

639 Hz is associated with the Chakra Anaharta (Heart). Bringing Love and healing into our lives.

741 Hz is associated with Vishudda (Throat) Chakra, cleansing the body mind and allowing us to speak our truth.

852 Hz is associated with Ajna (3rd Eye) Chakra , connecting us to our Inner Selves, Intuition and Divine Purpose.

963 Hz is associated with Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra, connecting us with Higher Dimensions, Ascended Masters, and from there to God/Goddess/All that is.

A few years ago I published the frequencies on my website. Have a Listen at:

The striking implication of all the new Frequency research validating the past mystics is that we can change the frequency of brain waves through exposure to specific electromagnetic frequencies (sound and light frequencies). And as our brain waves change frequency, our consciousness goes higher and higher.

“Dimensions are not places or locations, they are levels of consciousness that vibrate at a certain rate. Each dimension vibrates at t higher rate than the one below it. In each higher dimension, there exists a clearer, wider perspective of reality, a greater level of knowing. We experience more freedom, greater power and more opportunity to create our reality.”

With Love and Blessings, Jill
