To Seek prosperity, good health and a happy marriage, one must find out his or her element (which has to do with your year of birth) and locate the environment which enhances the generative influence and avoids the destructive impact.

Generative Order of Elements: Water is needed to sustain growing Wood, which burns, creating Fire, which leaves ash or Earth from which Metal is obtained.

Destructive Order of Elements: Metal cuts down Wood which draws nutrients from Earth, Earth blocks Water which extinguishes Fire and Fire melts Metal

One way to achieve good fortune is to place the candle that represents the element you need in the correct direction in your office or home to make harmony with the environment.

First Find your year number in Chart A. Then refer to Chart B below to find our your personal Element and Best Direction for you to face.

Example: If you were born in 1962 and your are a male, your Feng Shui reference number is #2 and your element is Earth and your best direction is to face southwest. Then burn the Earth Candle with it placed in the southwest corner of the room.
