Reflexology - Healing Balms and Soaps

Several months ago, I (Jill) began to perform a nightly ritual of giving myself a foot rub, using an aroma balm, while watching TV. The results are amazing! Feet hold our chronic tensions and dis-eases while hands indicate more acute problems. Over the past months, I have become aware of where I am holding by the tenderness or hardness in different areas of my feet. I use a balm to gently massage the area and find a deep relaxation occurring. I also use a reflexology chart to "map" my progress. I invite you to try this for yourself.

I have selected natural balms and soaps, combined with a reflexology chart to invite you to experience this  natural healing for yourself. The balms are 10 grams net weight (25 grams gross) to give a good amount of medium with which to work. The soaps are 100 grams to last a long time. Use the balms during the day, and the soaps to reinforce your healing during and after bathing.   LAVENDER
Lavender is renowned for its soothing, relaxing and calming properties. The balm and soap are made from pure Tasmanian lavender oil, the best there is!

LAVENDER BALM  The subtle, fragrant balm can be used as a perfume or reflexology massage medium. It contains essential oil of Tasmanian lavender in a base of  beeswax, shea butter and almond oil.

 ROSE (Rosa damascena)
Bulgarina Rose (Rose damascena) is one of the most valuable fragrances on the planet. A mere 15 tons are produced world-wide each year. The rose flowers are picked in full bloom and kept chilled for distillation. A mixture of flowers and water is boiled and the steam condensed and collected. Rose oil floats on top of the water as a waxy substance which is decanted and distilled again. Rose damascena (Rose absolute), known as the Queen of oils for its intensely feminine character, has many exceptional qualities. A supreme aphrodisiac, it is emotionally soothing, lifts the spirits and raises confidence.

 AUSTRALIAN SANDALWOOD
The extraordinary qualities of Sandalwood have been appreciated throughout history. Sandalwood aroma aids meditation and relaxation. It is a renowned aphrodisiac. Western Australian Sandalwood (Santalum spicatum) is harvested in an environmentally responsible way and is considered one of the finest quality sandalwood oils in the world.

A traditional household remedy in Australia, the leaves and oil are especially used for respiratory ailments such as bronchitis and croup. It is also used for feverish conditions (malaria, typhoid, cholera, etc.) and skin problems like burns, ulcers and wounds As well as for aching joints.
