Shipping costs include processing, handling, packaging, insurance, & delivery tracking for your order. The actual charge you pay may be more or less than our cost for shipping through UPS or USPS.
We do NOT try to make money on shipping. Our goal is to break even each year on shipping costs.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time. International customers must provide a USA shipping address.

How to Place Your Order
ON-LINE: Return to the shopping cart by clicking on the View Shopping Cart button at top, right of each page. You may pay through Google CheckOut or use our Secure Server where you may enter your billing and shipping information. (you will see the URL change to https, indicating a secure environment for your personal information).
BILLING INFORMATION - This is the address you receive your credit card bill. If this address does not match the credit card information - called Address verification - we will contact you to confirm that you are the user of your credit card and not someone else.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - This is the address to which you wish your order shipped. After verifying your order, click the CREDIT CARD button to enter your credit card information.

BY CONTACT ME: Return to the shopping cart by clicking on the View Cart button above. You will be taken to our Secure Server where you may enter your billing and shipping information. (you will see the URL change to https, indicating a secure environment for your personal information). After verifying your order, but before going to the credit card screen, click the CONTACT ME button to have a representative call you for your payment information. (Please note that when using this option, you must provide a phone number that we may reach you at during normal working hours)
BY MAIL: Return to the shopping cart by clicking on the View Cart button above. You will be taken to our Secure Server where you may enter your billing and shipping information. (you will see the URL change to https, indicating a secure environment for your personal information). After verifying your order, click the PRINT button to print your order. When mailing, include a check or money order and mail to Mountain Valley Center, 43 Shambala Way, Otto, NC 28763. Please note that we can no longer accept International Money Orders.
We ship orders received each week on Wednesdays through Fridays. If an item cannot be shipped within 10 business days of order placement, we will email you the anticipated shipping date. Delays arise only from a backorder situation. If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will receive an email notice. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Items ordered together may not be shipped together if one item is on backorder. In that case, you will be billed a reduced shipping charge for each shipment, not to exceed the total shipping charge as if the items were shipped together. Backorders do not apply to Free Shipping and will be charged a shipping fee. The shipping charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart and based upon the dollar amount of you order.
We ship by UPS for most orders and ALL heavy items. When shipping by UPS, you will receive a email containing your tracking number at the time we hand over your package to UPS. We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) for lighter weight items and will email you a shipping notification after delivery of your order to the Postal Service. If you request shipment by USPS, or indicate an APO address, please note that the postal service does not offer tracking information until the package is delivered. That is why we prefer a shipping address and not a post office box for shipping. In addition, some items shipped to APO addresses or foreign addresses cannot be insured. We will notify you by email when this is the case.

- Ship your items to a single address within the lower 48 states (USA).
- You must provide a street address for this offer - no PO Boxes.
- Choose Ground shipping (the default) at check out.
- This offer does not apply to UPS 3 day Select/USPS Priority (Choosing UPS 3 day Select/USPS Priority will result in scheduled priority shipping fees.)
- This offer does not apply to Richway Products (BioMats & Water Alkalizers) which are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Free Shipping applies to retail items in-stock at the time we receive your order.
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
- Free shipping does not apply to Wholesale orders, International Orders, or orders to APO Boxes.
We have found that some "spam" blocking services may not allow us to notify you of your order, shipping information, or even contact you to clarify your order. (Some block any messages not specified by you or all emails from a ".com" site) If you do not hear from us within the above guidelines, please phone us at 1-888-773-2491 so we may tell you the status of your order. On our shopping cart you have a choice for Ground service or UPS 3 day select/USPS Priority. Please call us for 2nd Day or Next Day service. Rush orders received by noon EST will usually ship the next business day. When choosing rush services, we will attempt to deliver your items to the appropriate carrier the same day, or within 2 business days (depending upon when your order was received).
USPS does not deliver on Sundays and UPS does not deliver to most locations on Saturdays or Sundays. UPS 3 day Select will be delivered by UPS in 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and THE DAY THE ITEM WAS PICKED UP) USPS Priority means 2-3 business days but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service for that time period, which may be longer.
If you need an item overnight or within a critical time period, please contact us directly by calling Toll Free 1-888-773-2491. We can advise you of shipping options and prices directly over the phone, as well as availability of the item for immediate shipment. We do not guarantee delivery within a specific time-frame. If you have paid for an expedited delivery status, your order will be given a shipping priority status within our shipping department. Once it has been turned over to shipper, we no longer have control over it. If you have paid for a UPS 3 day or faster delivery and your package arrives outside of these time frames, please contact us and we will look into the possibility of a partial shipping credit from UPS. NOTE: The Pick up day from our location does not count as part of the 3 day delivery. The 3 Day period is 3 business days.
We have suspended International Shipping at this time. UPS, the only trackable way to ship Internationally often costs 3 or 4 times the amount of the item being shipped. Shipping by USPS is not trackable, and therefore we cannot tell you where your item is or when it will arrive. All of this creates a tension we no longer wish to share. If you are an International customer and can supply us with a USA shipping address, we can ship there and have the person at that address ship it on to you.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Our Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Cash or credit refunds only apply to items returned within 15 days of item delivery. Returns made 15- 30 days after item delivery will be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. Returned items must be sent back in original packaging and in like-new condition. Please insure the merchandise for the full value of the item(s) Returned, damaged merchandise will not be eligible for credit. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. (Tapes, CD’s, Flutes, & Crystal Singing Bowls are returnable only if defective)
Merchandise Damaged In Transit
In the case of damage in transit, please contact us immediately. Please save all packing materials and item(s) for inspection by the shipper. We will initiate an insurance claim. We will replace damaged items free of charge, including shipping. Shipping of replacement merchandise will be delayed until shipper has completed inspection of damaged items, shipping container and packing materials. We may require return of damaged merchandise
Defective Merchandise 30 day Warranty
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately. All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving our store, however if there is any problem, we want to know about it. We will replace defective items free of charge, including shipping, during the first 30 days from purchase, upon our receipt and confirmation of defective item(s). Light bulbs are excluded from this warranty.
Electronic Merchandise 60 day limited warranty Electronic parts are covered for a total of 60 days from purchase date. If a part should fail to perform within the first 30 days, contact us and we will replace it free of charge, including all shipping, upon our receipt and confirmation of defective item(s). Between 30 and 60 days from date of purchase, we will replace returned defective units free of charge, however the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
