Becoming an Independent Representative

There are two ways to become registered with Richway International as an independent representative/distributor.

1. Buy an initial business kit: $50.00 + $15.00 s/h = $65.00

You will receive a business kit and be enrolled as a distributor. Richway will ‘loan’ you one business center to assist you in building your business. Later when you accrue your own business centers (by purchasing $500 + worth of product), they will replace the one they loaned. Of course, all you built under this ‘loaned’ center will remain intact.

2. Purchase $1500 worth of product. For example: 1 Amethyst Biomat Professional ($1350) + 1 Amethyst Pillow ($250) = $1600.00, which would give you 3 business centers. All centers are placed in your binary system, either on the left or right side of your number one center.

Receive commission from Your Direct Sales … Infinitely!

Earning

The first of two ways you’ll earn: Every time you make a Richway product sale, you automatically earn a direct commission for that sale directly from the manufacturer. The company sends the check directly to you two weeks after your sale is shipped out. Unlimited monthly earnings with no quotas. No tricks. No time limits. No earning limits.

Although the ultimate goal is making residual income through the binary bonus payment system, the retail commission is great too!

Independent Rep. = 5% sales commission

Gold Executive = 7% sales commission

Emerald Exec. = 10% sales commission

Diamond Exec. = 20% sales commission

Example: 1 Amethyst Biomat Professional ($1350) + 1 Amethyst Pillow ($250) = $1600

Independent Rep. x 5% = $80 Commission

Gold x 7% = $112 Commission

Emerald x 10% = $160 Commission

Diamond x 20% = $320 Commission

Achievement levels are a one-time qualification. No status quotas!

Bonus Points Are Also Earned Automatically.

The second of two ways you’ll earn: As a BioMat distributor, you also accrue bonus points, in addition to sales checks, for each and every sale your entire down-line makes. The computer keeps track of these bonus points for you and stores them for you until they’re paid out. There’s no time limit expiration, no cutoffs, and no breakaways. The points accrue in your business center until that center balances and pays. (See diagram)

Doing Less And Achieving More.

In this automatic compensation system, you’ll accrue bonus points for every sale you make, and every sale that is made by anyone placed under you, whether they’re on your first or your 500th level, and whether they were placed there by you, or by someone underneath you, known or unknown.

These placements happen automatically through the formatting of the company computer database. You accrue 1 bonus point for every $500 of product sold by you, or by anyone underneath you. The computer keeps track of all the referrals underneath you, based on an automatic binary system. This means you develop only two legs to earn bonus income. The computer sets this all up and keeps track of it automatically so you don’t have to.

Qualifying for Level Bonus Pay

Though you don’t need to qualify to accrue bonus points, you do need to qualify to receive your bonus payments. Qualification levels are permanent, and once you achieve them, nothing is further required of you to maintain your qualification. You’ll be ready to receive bonus pay from your down-line forever. Note: Your sales or purchases are all cumulative to reach all levels systematically!

Distributor Kit

You do not have to purchase a distributor kit in order to purchase a RichWay product. However, becoming a Richway Distributor will allow you to receive a small commission when your clients and friends try your mat and want one for themselves! I highly recommend that if you are a health care/wellness professional purchasing the mat for your office, spa, or practice, that you invest the $42.95 now and become a distributor.

Even if you don't intend to "sell" another BioMat or Alkal-Life Water Ionizer, we encourage you to purchase a distributor kit for $42.95. You may never use the kit, but just maybe a friend will lay on your mat and want one for themselves. If that becomes the case, you can help them obtain one and earn some extra money at the same time!

The only responsibility you have as a distributor is to complete a Richway Order Form and mail or Fax it to the company headquarters in Hawaii. There is no product to purchase, no quotas, no time limits. A friend wants a mat. You complete the form and send it in.
